Standard shipping rates UK
We have a flat shipping rate of £3.50 on orders up to 2kg in weight.
That's on everything in the store to make it easy for you to know how much your order will cost to package and send.
If you're wondering how heavy 2kg is when it comes to our products, it covers our full set of 5 books with packaging.
Our books are our heaviest products weighing approx 349g each.
So the only time you're likely to exceed the 2kg limit is if you add more than 5 books (or equivalent) to your order.
If you're unsure, we are more than happy to provide a shipping weight for you before you finalise your order, simply send us an email with what you would like to buy.
Please be aware we cannot provide tracking numbers for this option.
Orders over £40.00 will recieve free shipping. This may be with Royal Mail or with a courier depending on the size and weight of your order. A tracking nu,ber will be provided.
Orders over 2kg
If your order exceeds 2kg in weight you will be charged a flat fee of £15 and your items will be sent via courier.
The good news is that we offer free shipping on orders over £40.00 so this is most likely to be covered by us!
Courier options
We usually use DPD Local as our preferred delivery partner however we may choose an alternative if we believe it is more suitable.
Orders up to 2kg will be charged £7.00
Orders over 2kg will be charged £15.00
Self collection
United Kingdom only
If you live locally to us here in Bristol we can offer self collection service. In a small number of circumstances we may even be able to deliver.

International shipping
We are sorry we cannot at this time ship to North or South America.
From January 1st we will no longer be able to ship within Europe due to the changes in trade and Brexit.
This is due to high tariffs, tax and process implications that as a small business we just cannot afford. I am very sorry and hope it can change in the near future.
We are still able to ship to Asia and Australia.
