Some general FAQ's to help you out
• How long will it take to ship my order?
We aim to ship items within 5-7 days of when you place it. You will receive a dispatch notification via email or text message depending on what details you added at the checkout. We are a small family business juggling life and kids.
• My order has been dispatched but it hasn't arrived yet
As we only ship second class with Royal Mail we ask that you wait 14 days after your order has been posted to report it as missing. This is when Royal Mail will officially class an item as lost and with the current pandemic pressures still looming there are some unprecedented delays. Please be patient!
• My order is urgent, I need it quickly!
Please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and we will see what we can do to get it to you as quickly as possible.
• My order arrived damaged
This doesn't happen often but if you are in anyway dissatisfied with the condition your order arrives in please email us firstname.lastname@example.org
• Do you offer gift wrap?
Yes! There is an option at the checkout for £3.50 to add this in along with a gift message
• I don't need gift wrap but I would like a gift message
You can add this for free when you check out.
• Is your packaging plastic free?
Yes! We are proud that only use plastic free packaging for all of our orders. Please bear this in mind if you ask your postie to leave parcels in a safe space...they aren't waterproof.
