This Privacy Notice sets out how we, The Little Black & White Book Project, processes data on individuals or otherwise. Where the data held is on individuals, this document also sets out the rights of those individuals in respect of that personal data.

Who we are
The Little Black & White Book Project. An independent publisher of black and white books, flash cards and prints for babies and toddlers.
The data we hold
The only type of data we collect and process are customer contact details (including names, postal addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers).
Purposes of processing
We use data (including personal data of individuals) for the following purposes:
· In order to fulfil our orders to our customers.
· For electronic marketing. To provide our customers with updates of our products and what we are doing.
The right of those individuals to unsubscribe from e-mailings and/or manage preferences will be noted within all mailings and any requests to unsubscribe may be made via links available in the mailings or by writing to hello@blackandwhitebookproject.com.
· To meet any legal and regulatory obligations applicable to us.
Sources and Recipients of data
The sources of data only include information our customers have sent us to fulfil an order. We do not collect data from any other sources.
Potential recipients of data:
As a small business we need to rely on e-commerce platforms in order to collect and process your order.
The e-commerce platforms that we currently use include SquareSpace, Stripe, PayPal, Google and MailChimp.
We will provide such information required by us under any applicable law or regulation.
Any data subject wishing to exercise any rights under applicable data protection laws (including the right to withdraw any consent to processing previously given; the right of access to data; or to have data corrected, updated, rectified or erased; or for access to data to be restricted or provided to any third party; or to object to any particular processing) should send the request in the first instance to hello@blackandwhitebookproject.com.
Retention
The Little Black & White Book Project keeps data for as long as necessary to fulfil customers orders and in respect of marketing purposes until notified.
